Gurnee's Holiday Lights celebration fills Welton Plaza on Old Grand Avenue in late November, with carolers, fire pits and s'mores, craft stations, and a visit with Mr. and Mrs. Claus. It's co-hosted by the Gurnee Park District, the Village, and the Chamber of Commerce.
